About the event
The Heather Trust and Pasture for Life are partnering to deliver a focussed event aimed at furnishing delegates with vital knowledge and practical steps to enable preparedness for wildfire on farms and other landholdings. The risk and severity of wildfire is increasing here in the UK and as a community, we need to be prepared for this growing threat. ‘Wildfire Ready’ offers you the opportunity to hear from wildfire and landscape resilience experts, farmers, land managers and policy specialists to help you mitigate this risk.
The event will also include a workshop session and panel discussion so you can really get involved in the practicalities of wildfire mitigation on your landholding.
